SGB Rovacabin solves space problem for Mid Sussex Primary Care Trust
With over 30 years experience within the industry, SGB Rovacabin has built up a strong reputation in the health sector and has done a great deal to help overcome the misconception that lightweight modular buildings are nothing more than superannuated boxes with people inside. Whether the requirement is for a single temporary unit or a large permanent modular building, SGB Rovacabin will supply precisely the space required, whenever and wherever it is needed - and all built to ISO 9000 standard so quality is assured. The products are high specification, steel framed building sections, typically 3m x 12m and can be linked horizontally or stacked up to 3 units high, thereby maximising the effective use of the available site area. The cost savings over traditional build methods can be as much as a third and a great deal of time will be saved too.
Mid-Sussex is one Primary Care Trust that has had a long and successful relationship with SGB Rovacabin. The Trust is responsible for improving health, developing and managing primary care services for the towns of Burgess Hill, East Grinstead, Haywards Heath and along with all of the villages in the Mid Sussex area. Over the last four years there has been the need to deliver ten temporary surgery facilities while new permanent facilities in the region are being built. A full 'turnkey' package is available to Mid Sussex PCT, from planning permission, building regulations criteria and ground-works, through to furnishing, decoration and the installation of the chosen services. Rovacabin can be supplied in a brick clad finish to complement the surrounding environment and the interiors can be adapted to provide consulting rooms, treatment rooms, clean rooms, operating and maternity facilities and even a complete temporary hospital if required.
